Our four-step application process
All applications must be sent via our online application form and system. You can attach your CV, application letter, diploma and/or other relevant documents to your application. If you are still a student, please include an official transcript of the grades you have achieved so far. We will then carefully review your resume and supporting documents based on the criteria detailed in the qualification section. If you meet our basic requirements, you will be invited to the next step.
Please Note: We do not accept any applications via e-mail
This stage can be seen as a first getting-to-know-each-other step in the process. We want to ensure that you have the right impression of us as your potential future employer and it is equally important that we get to know you better too. We have created an online experience for you to find out more about us and what we have to offer. Here you will also conduct a personality test that will measure your workplace preferences.
Selected applicants will be invited to an assessment centre following the psychological test. We will be running a virtual assessment center for all positions. The dates for that will be posted on the individual job adverts. During this assessment center day, you will take part in various activities and have the chance to meet the recruitment and hiring managers as well as other people involved in the recruitment process.
If you are one of the selected candidates, you will receive an offer from us and have the chance to ask any remaining open questions. Please note that all positions at Statkraft require a background check and all offers will be contingent on a successful completed background check. This is due to the critical infrastructure projects we as an organization work on and is a mandatory process for all people ready to join Statkraft.
